DREW LARKIN Managing Director
Drew began his career in 1996 as an apprentice joiner/carpenter working in high quality interior projects such as solid timber joinery, hospitality fit outs and hotel bars.
This background has given him an eye for detail and experience in a range of building styles and techniques from high quality residential to commercial.
Drew was lucky enough to be awarded apprentice of the year for jonery/ Carpentry in 1997
After 5 years in joinery Drew moved more towards residential Construction, sub contracting to various builders then becoming a registered buider himself in 2002.
Completing Extensions/ Renovations projects, and looking to expand into other areas Drew teamed up with Craig Drought in 2006. After combining both years of experience Drew and Craig were able to Take on larger and more complex projects.

CRAIG DROUGHT Managing Director
Craig started as an apprentice with Wycombe Constructions in 1990 working in small commercial jobs such as retail premises, universities and retirement villages.
After this he moved on to Oak Park Constructions and spent the next 7 years there having risen to the position of foreman and over seeing up to 80 construction workers on the same job site.
Craig brings to the Larkin & Drought partnership broad construction knowledge and years of experience coordinating trades and dealing with practical challenges to bring jobs in on time at high standards. Craigs concrete / Carpentry background has given Larkin and Drought Homes the opportunity to construct and incorporate Custom Concrete inground pools to their clients dream homes.

DANIEL LANE Supervisor
Daniel Lane joined Larkin and Drought Builders in 2011, he had previously been working as a qualified landscaper creating top end gardens around Geelong and the Surfcoast, specializing in Native hoticulture.
Daniel then completed another apprenticeship in carpentry with Larkin and drought, he has now gone onto management/ supervisor role in the business.
Daniel also is happy to consult clients on their plans for landscaping at the completion of construction.
